Race for Education 2022

What is the Race?  The Race for Education is our students’ collective gift to the annual fund, The Fund for Plumstead.  Students will participate in a fun, athletic activity while ultimately helping the school.  Teachers can also raise support for their own classrooms.

How does the Race work?  Families can create a personalized sponsor page on mybooster.com to share with friends, relatives, business associates, neighbors, etc who might be interested in sponsoring a student as he/she runs The Race for Education.

What is the goal? Our overall goal is to raise over $30,000 to help fund Tuition Assistance Program and student-life activities.  The goal of the students is to have 100% participation in their grade level by sharing our campaign and then giving their best during the Race.

How can I help?  Pray, support a child and/or teacher, and volunteer the day of the race!  Sharing the Race for Ed campaign via email and/or social media is another great way to reach potential sponsors beyond the initial email invitation as well!

1 Corinthians 9:23-25

I do all this for the sake of the gospel that I may share in its blessings.  Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize?  Run in such a way as to get the prize.  Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training.  They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last.
