School leadership must set some of their focus and work on ensuring that our school is strong and secure in its mission for the next generation of students and beyond. This level of sustainability comes through careful vision-casting and is bolstered by philanthropic gifts from people who are able to see beyond today’s challenges. The endowment provides annual funds in perpetuity with a primary focus on both tuition assistance and faculty compensation. Capital campaigns focus on not only tangible building improvement or expansion but also on the establishment and enhancement of mission-critical programs that will benefit current and future students.
